In July 2021 TOM’s set out to bring back a traditional approach to the way that the people of Blackfen buy their meat and fresh produce. In doing this we have kept traditional butchery at the heart of what we do whilst adding a modern day twist for those who want to seeing something new and exciting.
Tom and his team have a real passion for what they do, and have dedicated their careers to becoming masters of the butchery craft. This experience and knowledge means that you can buy with confidence, trusting that we source product from responsible suppliers and offer full traceability of everything that we sell.
